Half the dining area is closed, but the few remaining tables are almost always filthy. The regular salsa is always out, so you... either can eat chips dry or with extra spicy salsa. I love the food here but EVERY SINGLE TIME I order nachos online, they forget the queso. Think about that. They leave the QUESO... off of NACHOS. I've even gone as far as ordering an extra side of queso and they left that out too!!! It's just ridiculous! Read more
Horrible service! One lady huffed and puffed as if she was mad that she had to take our order, one lady was just standing there... as if she didn't know what she was doing. We immediately walked out and will not return!! Read more
The food is better than the service! I stood in line for 7-10 minutes waiting for meat to be brought to the line. After it was... brought out, I continued standing there waiting for another 5-10 minutes while the employee prepared online/DoorDash orders. Ithought I was being punked. This whole time there was only one lady ahead of me and it took me at least 15-20 minutes (I'mestimating on the low side) to get 1 quesadilla. I ordered moes catering online for an office party of about 30 ppl. This location took awesome care of us! When we arrived for... pick up all the items were ready to go and they were making our hard shells fresh. We were so excited we forgot our queso. Itsso crazy because of office team didn?t even notice until everyone was stuffed and full! English was so sweet every time I calledwith a question of what all was included (plates, forks, buffet pans). And Rhonda was so sweet at pick up! My mom and I go here all the time. I like going here sometimes instead of Chipotle because there are more toppings and sauce... options to put on your bowls and burritos. The employees are super nice and they know my face when I come in there. Food isusually warm, if not hot, and fresh. Love the fresh, free chips and salsa, it?s basically my favorite part. Love the seasonalsalsas. The only negative thing I have to say is that when it?s close to closing then I wouldn?t recommend going because theamount of steak I got last night was NOT acceptable. This location has downgraded over the past few months. Workers are lazy and have airpods in their ears, Salsa bowls aren?t... filled. The salsa that is out tastes very old. Trash cans are covered and napkin dispenser was empty. Will not be returning anytime soon. Read more
