Very bad experience in this place, more than 45 minutes to pick up an order that had been placed online more than an hour ago,... the staff is very poorly trained to do a good job, everything is very slow, I realized that there was several people just likeme waiting for their food. You can't really consider fast food when you don't have the right employees to do that kind of work. Read more
Not happy at all. I?ve never gotten bad service nor any mistakes with my order until today. I ordered a nugget happy meal... (everything with it was fine) also order a regular chicken sandwich meal with extra lettuce, what I got was a crispy sandwich(dry! No condiments and no offer of condiments. Could hardly chew it!) with onions. The lady at the window taking orders was soshort, she kept cutting me off, she even asked me if I wanted to the crispy chicken and add lettuce and I told her no in whichshe responded oh just want extra lettuce on the original, and I said yes and I still didn?t get the right food. Verydisappointed. The only up side to my visit was the sweet lady that handed me my order - she is always so happy and treats peoplewith love and respect- with a smile!!! Read more
If you like waiting 30 to 40 minutes in the drive thru just for someone to come to the speaker at night this is the place for... you. The shifts are like day and night. Day shift will get you in and out but night shift will let the line pile up with folkstrying to order while employees just stand around bumping at the gums. The fact this place even has a 3 rating is astonishing itdeserves no stars. Read more
Food dashers, and people who are running late, beware: the lines are long, slow and from 3am - 6am, their systems "shut... down". By "shut down", it actually means the manager has taken the drawer from the only register and needs to count the moneyand get ready for breakfast time. I don't know why this process takes three hours, but it does. If you don't want cheese onanything - say so, and then check it at the window when they give it to you. I've found at least half the time, there is stillcheese. Trust me, you don't want the cheese. Also, as for the salads. When my best friend worked here, she always told me toNEVER get the salads past 3pm. They are made in the morning and sit throughout the day. So the people who get the salads lateat night have had salads that are by no means fresh. I never WANT to go to Mcdonalds, it's just where I end up sometimes whenI'm desperate. Read more

One of the best McDonald's locations in T-Town! It's very clean, the staff is nice and helpful. They always have everything,... it's open until late. They have drive through also dine in. The place is busy most of the time but it worth it. Recommended! Read more
