I absolutely love Local Roots! You can?t go wrong with anything on the menu-right now my fav is the chicken salad! Seriously... great with all the fixings on the sand which it even straight from the tub! Also the Grandaddy fries are a MUST with everyorder!! Do yourself a favor and eat local roots! Read more

It's been a while since I posted any review on a restaurant. That being said, it is worth it to review Local Roots because I... LOVED every bit of the meal I got. It was just a simple single burger and their fries as a separate side. Super great qualitymeat and nice flavor on the bread that they use. My husband and I had the Yard Bird. They accommodated his dairy allergy by taking the cheese off for him. The flavors were great... and I was surprised that the chicken was grilled and not fried leaving it not as crispy as I expected. I was okay with thatthough. The fries were good and came with a cheese sauce that I loved. The only thing I didn?t like was the chunks of chickenand sauce falling out of the bottom of my sandwich if I didn?t hold it quite right. Other than that, it was delicious and a goodexperience. First time trying and I was not impressed. I?ve heard good things but unless I?m missing something there?s nothing special here.... I ordered for curbside pickup and I ordered the buffalo chicken and fries. It didn?t take long to be ready I parked in the frontand they came out within a few minutes which was great. Then I opened the box, it looked like it had been shaken up or droppedon the way out. The fries were cold, the chicken was soggy and the pickles were dumped upside down and spilled out and theytasted awful as if they had cinnamon on them.
