The Skyland store needs some management. KFC food is what it is, but the incompetent staff is another story. I ordered online... then went to pick it up. I got to the store and she asked my name and told her my last name. She insisted there was no to goorders made. After the 3rd time of going back and forth I told her there was, she said that all we have is one order and statedmy first name. You have got to be kidding. I suppose looking at the entire name is too much to ask. Then they got my orderwrong of course. Hilarious. These folks make a case for LOWER minimum wages. I witness the most disrespectful and rudeness ever from this KFC. They were laughing and not even trying to help people. The... young girl was SO Rude and disrespectful to this Hispanic couple. I will make sure I will spread the word go some where else andthose employees that worked 11/19/2022 especially the young girl at the drive thru window and working the front. it cost nothingto be kind. she should be fired ASAP! When I tell u we went through the drive thru the other day and the cashier was so rude to my partner.i told him wow is she... buying or us.....and then family you have to not engage in an argument with these folks because everyday I turn on tiktok don'tyou just cringe looking at videos with these folks spitting in the food.dropping food on the floor on purpose..so Mae surefamily.u don't engage in no argument until u get your food.but once I got the food..I let her know that are u having a baddday....no that's just the way I tk..I said well have anybody else said somebody..people say it to me all the time.i soundrude...I said ok..God Bless.have a good day.. It was a pick up order. The chicken & the fries were so greasy & the biscuits were dry. You could tell it had been baked & kept... warm for a long time. We could not eat much of either one. We called in the order which was the 3 piece meal later in theafternoon. It was evident that it all was left over from the lunch time. Read more

I usually like KFC food alot! This is my genuine review about KFC fast food restaurant in USA in general, I've tasted KFC food... in different countries it tastes much much better than this! Im not sure if it's the meat, oil .. Or the way they cook Itdoesn't taste as good as KFC should be, there's something missing .. I've tried different locations but their food tastes thesame. KFC is a famous fast food restaurant their food and services should be much better, I noticed that they have bad reviewsabout food, service in different locations I hope KFC staff is gonna take this seriously and they will start making changes andfix it. The gravy was watery, no flavor whatsoever, the corn has a slight gray color, I've seen canned corn that look better than this... lol. Oh well, the biscuits and chicken were good tho, and the mashed potatoes. Read more
