Got too much going on don't pay attention to when the customer is making an order shift manager boy haircut Caucasian playing... around when cashier asks a question for the customer the cashier went to another shift manager and ask the same question and shetung up different order because she was not paying attention fast food customer service has failed completely off if I'mspinning almost $20 I feel like you shouldn't be playing around when people are on their lunch break it just has gottenridiculous went to another Jack's in Alberta City they ringing up people with their pajama clothes on not looking professionalat all no hair nets I understand why businesses don't wear gloves cross-contamination but please wash your hands or sanitizethem or something SMH Read more
This is what I've been talking about on previous reviews. The staff at this Jack's DO represent the company standard of good... food and curtious staff members. Jacks is good most of the time I love their fries. McDonald's I got to where I have to be really hungry and no other place is... close by. Most of the time if it's McDonald's I will just go to service station and get drink and chips. Read more
Went in to order something to eat. The people in front of us were taken care of but as soon as we walked up to place an order,... the lady walked off, didn't acknowledge us or say I will be right with you.
