This Jacks has some very rude employees and the managers aren?t any better.. They took about four customers orders in the drive... thru and left us there waiting for service? As they all stood in the drive thru area in what looked to be some kinda meetingnever opened the window to even Acknowledge there was customers waiting for service.. I love Jacks but it?s sad when employeestreat the customer like they?re not important to the company? Someone needs to better train these people in customer service?.Poor Poor service ??????????? The last 3 times I've dared to order here, they always get something wrong. Cant tell the difference between a chicken breast to... a thigh (even though I paid extra for.the breast) ordered 2 sides another time, both potatoes and gravy, still got 1 potatoesand 1 green beans (?) Today, guess a piece of Texas toast is the same as a biscuit..lol..and the guy asked me 2 x about thebiscuit! It's not really his fault, unless he's supposed to check the orders, he's not on the line. He's just taking the orders.But hell,, Jack's, you can't hire people with.any common sense .or you don't wanna pay them enough to care...or..do you, thecompany, just not care?! Read more
Jack's seems to be closed as much as they are open. They have a hard time keeping employees that want to work or show up. The... frustration I heard from the people in the drive thru (that had been waiting a long time to order), said they wouldn't be back.I was in line for almost 20 min before I ordered, then my order was completely wrong. It will be a while before I order fromthere again. The only reason I still go is because theres nowhere else in Moundville to get breakfast on Sundays. The service is good here the food is better with one exception the biscuits are always dry I think that's just a Jack's thing... they need to do better with their biscuits. Read more
I have dined at this restaurant from time to time since 2019, and I must say, within the last few visits this year I have... noticed a significant improvement in customer service, management, order speed/wait time, and overall atmosphere of this Jack?slocation. I only leave reviews when I feel it is warranted and after my wonderful recent visit at this Jack?s I just had to comeshare the love in review form. I tried the new cheesy bacon chicken sandwich and couldn?t have been more satisfied, try it ifyou?re a chicken sandwich fan, your tastebuds will thank you. Picked up breakfast. Pancakes and bacon. Hot. Pretty good..only a $1+ for an extra side of bacon. Located right off 69N. Very... friendly service at the drive through window. Free cup of water too. Read more
This Jacks is normally awesome but I guess that is only during the morning. Don?t go in the evening, they say they are open till... 11, so they had an hour before close I would advise anyone to only go in the morning/ afternoon. Unless you want to waste yourmoney then go at night. Highly disappointed!!! I wanted to call them back but I didn?t receive a receipt of course. So I?m surethere will be no recourse. I can?t begin to tell how many bad experiences I?ve had here. Today they were out of cups, 9/10 I get the wrong order, almost... every biscuit I get is either dry or severely over cooked. This situation happened multiple times- I ordered a biscuit w extrabutter (because they?re ALWAYS dry) and either I don?t get extra butter OR I have butter leaking ALL over the biscuit and almostseeping through the bag. It?s happened for spite. I went through the drive through, t came aback around after realizing I didn?tget extra butter and then the guy in the back made fun of my request and preceded to drown my biscuit in butter to where it wasactually too gross to eat. The oil needs to be changed for the fries- they always taste gross. I never get semi-quick service.They let people sit in drive through, I have expressed these problems multiple times and management seems to not care.
