We had a big order of chicken fingers we placed for our tailgate at work. But we also wanted to buy a pan of coleslaw... ...ordering the chicken was fine but I had to call twice to try to add the coleslaw. Both times I was told I would receive acall back and never did. Had Guthrie's one day and Foosaklys a few days later cause I was trying to compare lol. Guthrie's won in my opinion. Chicken way... tastier and larger tenders, fries were crispier and better quality, sauce and toast were both better also. But foosaklys slaw isa bit better. Downside to Guthrie's is it costs much more than foosaklys, and there aren't any other sauce or side options. Butoverall I will say I enjoyed Guthrie's much more. Read more

One of the only fast food restaurants in Tuscaloosa that will repeat your order to you and still get it wrong. Also one of the... only ones were my order has been questioned by staff. Sodas are usually flat and customer service is split between being goodand terrible. All in all could be a better Fast food restaurant. Read more
Waa the only one in drive thru at the time. Ordered a box with no slaw extra fries, large coke , large diet coke and extra... sauce. I was told they were waiting on fries. I waited ten minutes in drive thru before being asked to move to the side door.Then it took another fifteen minutes before someone came out with my food. Read more
