The food was good but they always forget something they have too much going on right when you think they have fixed the problem... it comes up again always forget something check the bag before you give it to the customer that's excellent service to make surethat the customer has everything that they paid for and this has been you guys problem for a long time!!!!!!! Inside is not open. Ordering through drive thru takes so long it?s not worth even eating there. Staff is also rude.
Unbelievably slow service at the drive thru after sitting way too long at the intercom. So, had to drive around and wait 10 more... minutes behind one car, as they gossiped with the window employee like it was a family reunion. Then they were out of mashpotatoes and gravy bit had the sides that cost extra money, which seems like a scam. Laziness and extreme slowness seems to bea very common trait at Tuscaloosa drive thrus: prove me wrong. Read more
