By far the worst, most filthy, and poorly run chipotle on the planet. The staff always has a bad attitude including tonight. ... Fajita vegetables were still being cooked. I don?t come here often and didn?t realize they were unavailable and then said, ?it?sok? when told they were being cooked. this is literally the worst run chipotle I?ve ever been to in my life. they are always out of at least 2 MAIN food items. A lot of people are commenting that this is the worst Chipotle they have ever visited. No doubt. However, personally, this is... the worst fast food place I have ever visited in the U.S. and abroad. The place is dirty, smelly, and a veritable circus. Somebelligerent manager chased a customer into the parking lot after he left because they screwed up his order and would not refundhim. We normally love Chipotle, but this location was very disappointing. With only a few people in front of me, I didn?t think it... would take long for me to get my food. 20 minutes later? They were completely out of several items and temporarily out of(cooking) others. Look at the picture and see just some of the empty containers, then look at the stack of dirty containers inthe background. Most of the employees appeared apathetic and certainly weren?t hustling. Watching their actions made meconclude they just didn?t care. My chicken bowl had bottom of the container charred bits scrapped into it and the quesocontainer was only filled halfway. I drive through this chipotle location half hour before they close to get a bowl of steak which is my favorite.. I was impressed... the service was fast even though there was a line I actually got a really good bowl, the steak was soft and tasted amazing allthe ingredients were there very fresh and tasty.. the employees were nice and friendly! Ordered online for pickup at 8:20, food didn't even start getting made until 8:31 after my husband ask about our order. No... apology or anything, didn't get our order until 8:50 then got home to this half a bowl that wouldn't even fill a toddler up.Absolutely ridiculous but after having problem after problem with every order we place what's the point of calling to let themknow?
