I placed an order online around 6:45pm I thought they closed at 9 pm so I went to go pick it up around 7 to find the doors were... locked the chairs were all on the tables and the people inside were sweeping then I saw on the door i saw the summer hours theyclose at 7 pm so I thought okay no big deal i just placed an order to late and missed my chance to pick it up. On my way I homeI get a call from ajain i was on the phone so i decline it but they call again so i picked up I am then " greeted" with therudest human being ive ever had the displeasure of talking to they asked if i was going to pick up my food to which i replied Ijust tried to swing by yall were closed and they "kindly" replied "next time you place an order call ahead and tell us you arenot going to pick it up because we just wasted 20 dollars of food on you and waited twenty minutes on you". I asked her if shewould prefer i bang on the door and demand they open up to get my food and she continued to be very rude to me. Before losing mytemper I remembered that arguing with an employee of the subway version of sushi did not serve me much purpose and hung up. Read more
Not sure what the issue was? Brought my friend as a guest and both of us were greeted with poor attitudes, employees on their... phones watching Netflix, and being treated like they didn?t have time for us and would rather watch their shows. I?ve onlyvisited twice, but that is the last time after that. Both employees (older lady and younger girl) seemed like they trulycouldn?t care less about their attitudes and it showed. For how mediocre the sushi is I truly expected at the bare minimumdecent service. Read more
Service ?????????? Very sweet and accommodating staff, ver friendly. Cleanliness ???? The place was very messy behind the... counter. The restaurant could use a sweep and mop to say the lease. ALL the tables were dirty even though the restaurant wasempty. Taste ???? Some of the worst I?ve ever tasted. Their seaweed nori paper was rubbery and their rice was overly vinegary.I really tied to eat us but couldn?t, it was bad. The friend rice was decent, but it tasted super greasy like they poured abunch of sesame oil in it. The dumplings LOOKED amazing but unfortunately no taste! Good fast-food sushi! You pick what you want in the sushi wrap, and they make it for you. I got the raw tuna wrap with cream... cheese, avocado, and cucumber, and crab salad on top. First time coming here to this sushi place and I was really amazed by it. The workers were fast and I got my food within... minutes. I did the make your own roll with white rice, spicy crab salad, cucumber, sesame seeds, and tempura crunch and I lovedit. I ordered the cucumber salad. It wasn?t what I thought so I probably won?t get it again lol. I also ordered the spicy Koreanmiso soup. The miso soup was super spicy. Overall, I will definitely be coming again.
