Been awhile eating at this Jack in the box on Golden State Blvd the food was fresh and delicious.
It's okay there tacos are actually good not all greasy like other places
I was literally in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes waiting if I didn't already pay I would have left .. for a chicken sandwich 10... peice and a small fries just for them to mess up my order then the blonde female employee said she only charged me for the fries..since when was one thing of value fries 8 dollars ?? Ordered through doordash and by the time I got there my order wasn't ready. I had been 15 mins and they had 1 car at drive thru... and a gentleman dining inside. They had 3 workers and the manager. They didnt start my order until I asked about my order. Istill waited almost 15 mins for my order to be ready. What were they doing that they could not make my order. There were noother orders on the screen as well. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS JACK IN THE BOX. Read more
We had to repeat our order more than 5 times to the male employee before he got it right. The food was good but very pricey. The... floor was beyond sticky and my husband had to take our receipt to show at the counter just to use the restroom. The restroom wasjust nasty ????. Please hire people who can speak clearly instead of mumbling. Thank you. Read more

I was soooo craving an Oreo shake for the longest time till the other day, we arrived here. Ordered chicken tenders as I... haven't had that in years. It's either large or small for Oreo shakes and I completely forgot how "BIG" a large is until......(see pics) Got one for Dad and he loved it! I don't think he ever had one?? He finished his while I stuck mine in freezer forlater lol 4 Tenders where different. Looked like Dairy Queen or kfc tenders , with tons of crunch on the outside and not theusual large "size breast" type tenders that I was used too. Tasted a little different but not sure if they changed the style ornot, but I'll have to come back again and order from "numbered item" for the tender meal. Overall. This Jack in the Box is small so parking can be hard if the drive thru line is long. Next to some public parking so that's a... plus. Owner was working the register and had a nice talk with him. Good people giving you food you would expect from Jack in theBox. Wait time is a little long due to small store so small staff. No problems with the food taste how you would expect Jack inthe Box. Soda machine wasn't working up front so getting refills was over the counter and bathroom was buzz in for customersonly. Read more
