Drive thru experience - We stopped by on our way to another errand for a quick snack and found Brandi to be the friendliest... drive thru employee we've ever had. My food was cold after being the only one in the drive thru. We waited almost 10 minutes before receiving our cold food. Also if... you?re ordering coffee they are ?out? of creamer and don?t have milk as a replacement. Save your money. Very dissatisfied andembarrassed I suggested to go here. Read more

Best Burger King in Stanislaus County!! The 2 guys working on September 4th around closing time should go to other Burger Kings... and show them how it?s done!! Been there 4 times after work and they put out consistently the BEST hamburger I?ve had in a longtime..Great Job Guys!!! Read more

I only use the drive thru so I can't comment on how the inside is. Service is not speedy but the food is very good and they have... never gotten a order wrong, no matter what weird thing was requested. I will take accurate and tasty over speed any day! Read more

I went there today and had one of the coupons that come in the mail. I gave them the number as requested and was quoted an... amount similar to the #1; I told them the coupon said $6.99? a male voice talked over the young lady and said those come fromcorporate and this is the amount that comes on the register. I went to the window and was questioning them again, because Ididn?t understand. I gave her money and said wanted the coupon. I said why and maybe I should contact the website posted on thewindow? the young man poked his head out and rudely and in a loud tone said ..can?t do anything about it. I said ? you couldchange your attitude ?. I thanked the young lady and told her he had bad customer service. And when I got home and looked in mybag, there was no receipt!!! Someone needs some training and if you don?t want to honor the coupons, tell us that on the menuboard.. bad experience !! Read more

This was seriously the worst fast-food experience I have ever had. The manager, Tyler, was extremely rude and insisted I ordered... a bacon king when I really ordered a bacon cheeseburger. He argued that I said bacon king (I've never even heard of a bacon king- and why would I do that and then say I ordered a bacon cheeseburger?) I did not want any compensation, only the right burger.He told me that there was only two people working, he already made the sandwich and there's was nothing he could do. When Iinsisted and asked for his managers name and number he eventually rerung me up for the right burger. Only when I got home and mydaughter opened he "bacon chesebueger" this is what she found f. Understaffed location but I don?t hold any of that against them. They have a group of hardworking employees who are doing their... best. Food was very good as expected and the coupons were very much to thank for that. Clean location for the most part, staffwas professional and attentive. Whatever issues people may encounter, I would just say they are honestly trying! Read more

I don't eat at Burger King often because I'm really not down for char-broiled. However, their fries are off the hooks so good... and actually tastes like real potatoes. Also, their chicken nuggets aren't a bad price at all. I appreciate you Burger King formaking a value menu for everyday busy life. Read more
