This was my second visit at this location, both times Customer Service was not up to part.. My first visit was at 5am.. I didn't... enjoy my experience.. I chop it up as it's early soo OK whatever.. This Last Visit which 6:30pm evening.. I decided to take myfood to go.. I ordered the sirloin meal with an extra sirloin with a 1/2 & 1/2 for my drink.. My check total to 27.00$.. Iquestioned how it that much.. Sandy the sever Which was very dismissive says well the prices has changed.. I'm being charged fortogo. On top the Lemonade and a sweet tea. I also was changed for eggs with that comes with the meal.. I have Called a trycalling to speak to a manager which the phones are not being answered.. I would leave no stars if I could. While sitting in the ?waiting chairs? not one of the 7 staff members acknowledged our group.... We noticed a dirty table off to one side that we decided to claim when it was cleaned. We watched 2 servers walk past this tablenumerous times and not even attempt to remove a dish or clean said table. After waiting 5-10 minutes we made the decision towalk over to the table at which point one of the servers made the acknowledgment, ?that?s not clean?. We then waited by thetable while everyone continued to ignore us and the table further. Until one of the cooks addressed the servers to tell us takea seat in the waiting chairs. We made the decision to leave at that point, because obviously they weren?t interested in workingthat day. Read more
Waitress wanted to be anywhere but at work. No drink refills, incorrect food order, extra greasy and burnt to a crisp are... apparently the only options with this cook and waitress. I knew not to expect much when we went there, but this was the worstWaffle House experience ever. Top 5 worst food experiences ever. Read more
My husband and I came here this morning to get breakfast to go. Kari was so rude to us. She should learn how to treat people,... and she should clean her nails because they were DIRTY! Why would you serve food with dirty nails?! The whole restaurant wasfilthy. Read more
Friendly staff but when you order a waffle and it comes out as thin as a sheet of paper, I won?t be eating at another if this is... the service to be expected. Read more
