I requested to have my wings cooked well done and unfortunately they were not cooked as I requested, I called to inform them of... their mistake and the guy I spoke to wasn?t professional about their mistake at all, the only thing he said was ?well we ranthem through twice and there?s nothing else we could do ? the wings were not cooked all the way through so we threw them away,we will not be back!!! Worst pizza I have ever eaten. Cheese wasn?t melted, veggies and meat were cool, and the sauce didn?t taste cooked. It?s like... they threw it in the oven for 5 minutes. Never again. Read more
Ordered on line for pick up and was told would be ready in 30-40 mins. Got the in that time frame and was told it was still... being made and sit in the parking lot for another 30 mins before my food arrived to my car. Read more
Always the same each and every time, fast, fresh, and friendly. Not 1 time have I had a bad experience, "maybe" a bacon... pineapple confusion once but it was still the best pizza in town (from a fast food perspective).... 840-Papa is easy to rememberif you are in the mood for pizza.. Read more
Placed an order for 2 large pizzas and was told they would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. It ended up taking 50 t0 55 minutes to... get my pizza. They should have said they were behind and it would be a longer than normal wait. Read more
Waiting way too long for my order which was supposed to be here almost a half hour ago. Not worth it, next time I will order... from the hotel restaurant it can't be worse than this. I wanted to update this review. Pizza arrived at 10, cold. I suspectbecause of staffing issues they held my gluten free pizza until a 2nd order for regular pizza was done for the same location. You can't do that with gluten free pizza- it loses its warmth really quickly. I complained to the restaurant and the managerapologized and did promise to make it right. I will give her credit, I was pretty mad and she was super nice. Read more
This place used to be the best. The garlic is what draws me in the most. The customer service is not what it is. The kids they... have laughing and playing when someone is trying to place an order is not what you expect when you are already hangry. Get ittogether. Read more
