Where do I start?!? Well everything was great from the time we went in until the time we left. Our server Nate was... extraordinary, very kind and very friendly!!!! One of the best servers we've had, generally speaking. The food is ALWAYS onpoint and very tasty! We love Mugshots so it's always a grand time when we come to dine in or get take out. So first...not the fault of any staff member but they were woefully understaffed. That said, we opted to eat at the bar and... Perrish (?spelling?) Could not have made more of a difference. She was literally pulled in a million directions but wasfantastic and friendly and filled the gap so the lack of staff didn't detract from the visit. The food was super tasty, thevibe welcoming and the experience fantastic. I do truly hope management understands that even in the face of staffing issues,there are those stepping up that should be recognized. We chose Mugshots because we had been told it was easy to sub the veggie patty in for one of the other burger options - and it... was - so that was great. We also were having a late enough lunch that we caught happy hour, there are great HH deals and thebeer, while not memorable, was memorably affordable. The establishment was definitely on the understaffed side and while weeventually got everything we wanted there were some delays with ordering. I would recommend splitting an order or going forsomething non-fried for at least a portion of your order. Our meals ended up being something of an ode to oil - delicious but abit too much. Read more
Typical bar, loud and traditional bar food. Burgers, sandwiches and a few entree options. There is a sitting area, indoor bar... and outdoor patio. Not a criticism, but it?s a loud place, just so you are not surprised! I?ve been here a few times during mytravels, always great service! Read more
