The food was good, hot, and delivered quickly. However, the large fries being half full directly out of the bag speaks to some... notable laziness, or at least apathy, on the part of the staff. Read more
Customer service was awful. First, the inside was closed, which is understandable since the pandemic but they could at least put... a sign up for visitors who might not know that. Second, the employee working the drive thru was rude and had an attitude. Also,the second employee at the second pick up window had headphones in and didn't acknowledge our presents so of course they forgotsomething with the order, but he couldn't hear me or just didn't care. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The sign on the door said ?come on in? and the door was unlocked. I got my family of 8... out to enjoy a meal inside and only then an employee sitting in her car smoking marajuana rolled her window down to tell us thedining room was closed. I went in anyway to ask if we could eat inside since the dining room hours were posted, the door wasunlocked and the sign said come in. They told me they were closed and booted us all out. I asked them to take the sign off thedoor and they laughed at me. Don?t waste your time with this place. Go to the Wendy?s down the block if you need a burger fix.Their service was awesome and their dining room was open! Read more
Attitudes are ridiculous. I use to work at mcdonalds and KNOW more than what half the workers do. I won?t tolerate the attitudes... or that nasty food they serve. Lady literally gave me bag didn?t ask me what I needed or if they got it right this time . Thisis my third time having a problem with this older lady. Read more
