The store was nice and clean. Service fast, but I ordered a plane cheeseburger because my granddaughter doesn't eat catsup or... mustard. Instead of making a plain cheeseburger, they wiped off catsup and mustard. They wrapped it and put it in bag. I wasshocked when I opened it when I got home. My granddaughter saw catsup and mustard on bun and refused to eat it. If I hadn't beenon the other side of town, I would have returned for a fresh plain cheeseburger. Went to McDonald's on Gloster Street in Tupelo, MS. @ 4:30 pm. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru just to get to order station.... Would have left but was stuck in line. Once was able to actually order was told they had NO drinks except Sweet Tea! And couldnot order $4.00 meal. I said thank you but nevermind. That's 30 minutes of my life I could have saved. Read more
Only one worker at register. Had a line backed up! Store was dirty! Was out of sweet tea. Service was friendly though. Had to... wait a bit for our order with just one guy ahead of us. Two cooks and a gal sweeping back inside drive thru window. Severaltables were dirty. Only had a couple clean ones. People got tired of waiting for service and left. Read more
