If I could give negative I would the manger is rude and disrespectful. I got there to pick up a delivery order for a customer... and she going say what do you want. I infrom her why I?m there then she going to say well we don?t have a order. I try to tellher she needs to refresh the tablet or I can give her the order and she walks off. This was the worst excuse for a decorated cookie cake I?ve seen in a while. I can?t believe I paid $40 for such a poor... decoration job. Looks like it took them 2 minutes. I asked for scrubs , pants and a top, and maybe some polka dots. And if theycouldn?t do that, do some fall colors and pumpkins. I also asked for white undertone on the letters like they often do. Don?ttrust their pretty designs in the glass on display- false advertisement. Now instead of delivering this to the birthday girl,I?ve got to go to hobby lobby and see what I can do to make it look better because I am embarrass to give it like this. This place has gotten to be so bad as far as service goes. I went in to get a double doozie made and the girl said the icing... station was already closed. This was 2 1/2 hours prior to closing. Just a warning. If they don?t have cookies they refuse to bake more. Came at 4:30 & was told the 10 for $10.99 wasn?t enough for... them to bake more. They were out of both sugar & chocolate chip... It?s a cookie store in a high traffic mall that doesn?t closeuntil 7pm. Bad customer service. The cashier and co-worker laughed and shrugged while cleaning up as I called my husband toinform him. This is my 2nd time to go here this year. The 1st experience was so bad I have never wanted to return. Dec. 29th I only went... because my grandsons were visiting out of town and wanted a Iccee with their Pizza. The same staff served me again. This younglady is so rude, disrespectful, uncertain, never smiles, let other people break the line after you've been in line waiting. We ordered an almost $60 cookie cake Friday to pick up Tuesday. Tuesday it wasn't ready. Had to wait for it.

Rudest staff ever!! A word of advice. If you don?t want to work there please find somewhere else to work. 2nd time visiting... and the staff is horrible!! Please management for your sake, look into it. Makes you not want to visit at all!! Read more

Very disappointing. I've been to this establishment twice. Each time, the cookies were completely stale and completely crumble... in your mouth. I could've knocked someone out with my double doozie due to it being as hard as a brick. Read more
