We need a Jacks here in Milwaukee. The chicken was fire and hot and fresh. They homemade biscuits make you wanna slap someone... and the hamburger was on point. The fries are good and hot. They customer service was excellent. Everything was excellent. Fromall the workers, cooks and order takers. Good job at this location. A must go too. Food was good and the cashier was nice. However, the manager (I?m assuming some sort of management position bc she had the keys... to the register and had to be called over to change our order) was unbelievably rude. I was completely taken aback by herbehavior bc it was so unexpected. I?ve worked in the service industry for years and it takes a lot for me to react to a fellowservice worker, but her behavior was outrageous. Having a bad day is one thing but this was beyond that.
