I have visited this location a number of times in the morning, I can count on them to get my order wrong at least 4 out of 5... times. Which I may deal with, but to add POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to that. If you ask the customer to pull up (which happens everytime) please ensure you have the order correct. There should never be an exchange with the customer, when the error is pointedout by THE CUSTOMER. The sad part is this behavior came from one of the Manager... Great food! My family eat here often. This morning, however, cashier not very cordial. Kitchen staff lacking team skills to... serve hot food. Three customers made same comment. Maybe an off day for team. Greeter was super nice as she checked on allcustomers with her smile and grateful heart. Service sucks! Told to pull up for one chocolate milkshake, 20 minutes later, still no milkshake. Go inside and they continue... making everyone else's order. I wait patiently until my patience ran out! 30 minutes, no milkshake, employees to busy playingand still skipping me. Didn't even get my money back! Will never be back. I just had door dash bring me breakfast from Jack's in Tupelo! What a wonderful breakfast! Delivered hot and fresh! I'm in... the hospital, and it was delicious and Brian, my door dasher, was prepared with a mask, very friendly! Highly recommend! Thankyou! Read more
If I could I would absolutely give this restaurant 0 stars. Very unimpressed with the amount of mess that was on the soda... counters. Lids not fully stocked. Employees are not organized and look as if they are new to this type of business. Foodpresentation and correctness of order would be give a 0. Staff friendliness 0. Store front end presentation, 0. The taste of thefries absolutely over salted and have a strange taste of corn oil. Burger was supposed to come with bacon and I asked forcertain condiments to be on my burgers, only to get home and see the order is absolutely worng and the food look veryunappetizing. Nearly 16 dollars for my order. Can definitely say this will most likely my last time to eat at this place. I am aformer PM GM for one of our local restaurants. First time eating there. Burger was served on a bun that must have got stuck in the toaster because it was burned on top. ... Fries were warm but not hot. I would have gone back to the counter, but if they really cared, they would not have wrapped andserved it in the first place. Read more
