The 2nd time was better than the 1st and the 3rd time I ever went was this part weekend and it was Amazing.
Had the new Cajun Chicken. It was spicy and had a great taste. Service was good and timely.
The food was great, the atmosphere was comfortable, plenty of seating. The service was quick, the young lady taking my order was... polite but almost making fun of me, like I was stupid for asking questions & I didn't appreciate that. Besides that, the rest ofthe employees were very nice & polite. The mannerism from the young man who made my order, made me feel appreciated. Highlyrecommended place to eat for me! UPDATE: They have newer staff in there and this visit was great all the way around. The younglady taking the orders was very friendly & welcoming, I felt appreciated for doing business with them and as always the food wasterrific! One of my favorite places to eat at. Read more

The sandwiches that we ordered were huge and were made as we waited. The ingredients were fresh and very tasty. The employees... were a delight. They were very friendly and attentive. That Hook & Ladder! Don't mess around and get a small, because even though you will be stuffed after eating the medium, it will... be worth it. Since Covid, the fun hot sauces have not been out for you to choose from, but if you ask the helpful folks behindthe counter, they will give you their sweet and spicy hot sauce concoction, and it is so good! I must say this was the first time I had been at a firehouse subs and not give 5 stars. I entered the building and was never... greeted. There were no other customers so the were not busy. I being myself spoke to the 2 young men behind the counter...noresponse so I then asked are you all closed caused they looked as if as if I had disturbed them. I then place my order which wasa med Italian fully involved nothing additional sandwich only. I wait about 4 to 5 mins still no food...remember I'm the onlycustomer. Then walks in a delivery driver and she's greeted with the warmest hello, how are you etc... I then hear the young manwho took my order says "go ahead and make that order first" myself not thinking he was speaking of the order that just came incause I had been sitting for a few mins already. From my many years of ordering and dining at Firehouse Subs it only take 2-4mins to get your sandwich made unless you've placed a fairly large order. However, I wait another 3 mins and the lady that wasso warmly greeted was handed over a sandwich. I was perturbed. Before she walked out another customer walks in and he's greetedwith a "welcome to Firehouse subs" I then wait 3-4 more mins then I finally get my food. I really wanted to cancel my order butI was in town on business and had been driving all day. I was tired and ready to get to my hotel room to rest. I must say I wasdisappointed. I only gave 2 stars because the place was clean and the food as always was good. However, if I ever come back toTupelo, MS I would not be stopping at this particular Firehouse Subs. Read more
