We eat here frequently since they are so close to our house. Food is always fast and hot. Manager and staff are friendly and... helpful on the rare occasion we have an issue. There are better local pie places for the pizza itself but not a better localchain pizza joint. Thanks to the Dominos team for 10 years of quality food and service. Read more
Placed order at 8:28 PM and received and email at 8:40 PM via email. Called the store that was closest to the hotel I was in... and they told me that this store did not delver to the hotel. When I tried to order from the other store on Gloster Ave inTupelo, MS the manager told me she was not going to deal with me or take my order. The store that cancelled my order shouldhave called me to let me know they did not deliver to the hotel even if the app made them the default location for delivery. But what actually ticks me off is the store that delivers to the hotel would not take my order and was hung up on by themanager. What great customer service. First and last order for this location. I ordered custom pizzas, one that was made correctly, one that was not. Did not realize... that 1 was missing chicken, which we paid extra for, until it was home. Called the store, their remedy is to bring it back andto have them "remake it," or bring it back for a "future credit," they do not do refunds at our gas and our time. When I warnedher that I would be leaving a review since I could not get a refund for the improperly made food, she hung up on me. When Icalled back, her manager was too busy to speak. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it stating that it is about"safety," which does not make sense because their names are on the website receipt and the paper receipt. I will be contactinghigher management. I'm not allowing such disrespectful people to make my food. I have worked in fast food and have seen whatpeople do to other people's food when they do not want to do the job that they signed up for. Read more
Ordered here before, food was good. Ordered delivery on 4/17/2021 at around 9:15 pm. 'Quality checking' began at 9:27 pm and... continued up until around 10:50 pm where we called and found out that our pizza had be done for a while, they just didn't havedelivery drivers to bring it to us and that if we waited for there to be one, it'd be another 30 to 40 minutes. They had ourphone number but didn't call or send a text to let us know why it was taking so long and there is not estimated delivery time onthe website. Had we known that delivery would've taken so long, we would've gone for pickup straight off the bat. By the time wegot there, the pizza was barely warm. Cashier spoke rudely and really looked like she hated her job and it showed. The poor manager looked like she was ready to pull... her hair out because the employess were very loud and refused to listen to her. The stuffed cheesy bread barley had cheese ontop. About 4 of the pieces had next to no cheese. Pizza was ok. I believe I'm done ordering from either Domino's in tupelo for awhile. The past 3 times I've gotten it has been mediocre. Read more
Do not order from this location. Never have I had such a bad experience with any other Domino's franchise locations.
