Tried to order breakfast at 10:25 am. Ebonee told me that they had already switched over to lunch menu. And that they were sold... out of all breakfast items. I said even French toast sticks ? She said they had that,so I ordered French toast sticks. I saidthank you at least twice,maybe three times and she never said your welcome. And there wasn't any Splenda available for mycoffee. Terrible experience. Waiting 15 minutes at the window for just 2 burgers. When we finally got the food, the bacon on the burger... looked like it was just taken out of the fridge and not cooked at all. The burger itself did not look or taste normal at all. Read more
Went inside to order breakfast, no one came to the counter, finally got someone?s attention and she said you have to go through... the drive thru and just walked away. I got her attention again and she said registers not working go through drive through andwalks away again. There were no signs posted anywhere stating this. There was also a employee in the lobby, she never saidanything toe either. All I can say is I worked in the restaurant business for years and i waited and treated everyone the sameno matter race!!! Never have shakes but much more friendly staff than Barnes crossing burger king who never have shakes either or ice if you want... an ice coffee or you can't get a larger soda for kids meals at Barnes crossing bk it's not have it your way. Read more

Never had a problem before today. Went through drive through, got home and both whoppers are burnt! I get it they are flame... broiled, but these are burnt!!!! Staff has always been nice so no problem there! But no excuse for a burnt burger! Read more
Long wait. Burned patties, no lettuce and/or tomato. Unkept bathrooms. Doors in women's don't close and lock. No paper towels in... men's bathroom. Worst BK we have been to. Read more
