Update: I went to the store this morning to speak to the store manager. The same woman identified herself as a store manager and... told me that she did not deliver our pizzas because I hung up on her. I replied confused, that she hung up on me, and I couldsee she was about to have another tantrum as a result. I left the store without saying anything else as fast as I could and shechased me out taking pictures. @store owner.. What she did this morning constitutes harassment. I have tried to get in contactwith you and corporate several times today. Please contact me ASAP. Thank you. Our pizza took an hour and 20 minutes to arriveand they were both wrong and sloppy. When I first called it was because it had been 30min since the driver left the store andthe ETA was 8min and it had not changed since.. We did the 911 stair climb today, and if there was an issue, we wanted to justcome pick the order up because we were starving. The woman I spoke to wasn't rude so much as uncaring and annoyed I was wastingher time I guess. She didn't even say good bye after she told us the pizza was otw and hung up. Later, when I reported theconcerns about the state of the pizzas, the same employee said "the pizza had 3 types of cheeses. What did you expect?" Theconcern was that the pizza took 40 minutes to arrive, both orders were incorrect and one of the orders had way too muchmozzarella (The other two cheeses were feta and shredded Parmesan). I will add photos. I got upset at this point and she doubleddown on blaiming me. She kept telling me that I was wrong and I was not respecting her rights and I was not giving her a chanceto explain herself. I repeatedly told her that all I wanted her to do was to apologize for the mistake, move on and send us newpizzas (This review would be five stars had that happened). Never liked Domino's Pizza. But today my husband ordered some. He asked for LIGHT sauce on the pepperoni for me. Gotta say it... was a pretty good pizza. .Thank you Tunnel Hill Domino's. Read more
It?s like they try to mess up my order now. Ordered a pizza with extra cheese, light sauce, sausage and onions but I got a pizza... with extra sauce and cheese only, see pics. This is just sad, my other review on here has been viewed over 30,000 times and hereI order again and this happened. For a $5 delivery fee on top of everything else you figure they could get better but I guessnot. I tried to do the delivery assurance online but it says I have to call the store! That?s a great way for someone to spit inyour next pizza, forget this place folks, order from anywhere else and you won?t be as disappointed. Read more
Well when I first moved to Tunnel Hill at the beginning of March , this Domino?s was the best one I had basically ever used.... But over the last 2 to 3 months we have gotten at least 3 to 4 pizzas that were not cooked all the way. They are always veryaccommodating about remaking them and when they remake them they usually miraculously bake correctly. But when we called aboutthis pizza tonight , the manager on duty informed us that this is the way that Domino?s bakes their pizzas ,same oven settingsetc and if we are unhappy with the way that Domino?s bakes their pizzas then we should ask for them to run it through an extratime and bake it well done. I do not want a burnt, hard , well done pizza , I simply want my pizza baked , ( not raw ), youknow the way Domino?s has always made it. I don?t know if this is due to new management , new employees or just not caringanymore. But this is unacceptable . This is the first bad review I have given this Domino?s, maybe I shouldn?t have given themso many chances and I should?ve took the pictures and made the review the first time it happened. Look closely at the photos youwill notice the cheese that was under the very top of the layer was not even melted. Notice the raw dough and see how itstretches when I pluck it with the fork. That is not cheese people that is raw pizza dough !!! And yes my husband did look atthe pizza, but he didn?t pull the slices apart and scrape the toppings off to reveal a barely room temperature middle andthat?s giving it a lot of credit, he didn?t dissect the pizza to make sure they actually cooked it properly, You shouldn?t haveto do that. If I wanted to pay to pick pizza up from a pizza establishment you can rest assured I didn?t plan on taking it hometo cook it before I could eat any of it. Read more
Did give this place 5 stars before. Now it's just gone downhill. Medium pizza are only 10in, nothing gets doubled even if you... order it with doubled toppings of any kind. Worst of all, my last 3 pizzas haven't even been fully cooked... Gave them 3 chancesand they struck out every time. Fix your nightshift staffing issue. Last pizza I order - Pic says it all - Literallyundercooked pizza dough, had to throw it in the oven myself just to cook it the rest of the way. Read more

Dominoes in tunnel hill are truly my pizza heroes. ???? I think over all my experience with the service of this restaurant is... not bad. I only have one thing and that is I do tend to get oregano on my pizza despise Ordering no oregano. Other then that Ithink 5 stars over all. Read more
