Staff is what is really bad. Unorganized and not friendly. I'm a very regular customer at this location. Maybe 1 out of 10... visits are ok. Otherwise expect a terrible experience. Unfortunately its the only coffee shop in the hotel. Read more

Outstanding place and great service. They even service my service animal with a puppy cup and he loves them. Not 24 hours. Closed Around 3-4 on the day we arrived, a Tuesday. They?re closed now at 8 pm. All interactions with each... employee was rude. Asked for lots of sugar, got two packs.
