The steak is everything. It’s my favorite meal, and the flavor the Chef throws on these cuts is out of this world. I dine out... a lot, and this is the best steak I’ve had in years. Start with the squash cakes. There’s crab cakes on the menu too, buttrust me, these squash cakes are the way to go. And, don’t miss out on the cornbread salad. AMAZING!!! Colorado Lamb Rib appetizers were over done and tough on the outside but were perfectly cooked on the inside. My Bison Steak... was delicious and perfectly cooked. My wife's petite filet was also perfectly cooked and delicious. By far the best thing we hadfor dinner was surprisingly the dessert, I am not a bread pudding fan however my wife is...... and we both agreed that it wasthe best bread pudding either one of us had ever had. Our server Jason is always amazing and on point with our service! Our host George is top tier! Drinks are great. The braised... short rib with fried onions over mashed potatoes was one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant. The lamb chopsare perfectly seasoned and so are the sides.
