The food was wonderful. But our cashier was very rude. And maybe she was having a bad day? But when doing customer service... you have to atleast try to set aside your feelings. And she did not, I'm sorry to have to do this review, but we decided tojust leave after eating, laesha was our cashier. The other employees seemed nice. Fuddruckers in Fitzgerald's Casino is perfect for a quick fill up after a booze filled night of gambling. The food is just the... way food should taste, but there's nothing spectacular about any item they prepare that would have me recommending it outside ofbeing present at that casino. They do stay open 24hrs which is one reason why I rated them so high. This is a plus right nowbecause the pandemic has caused the privileges of "eating what you want when you want", to almost vanish. It's very important topatrons of the casino that there is always an option of eating after gambling, rather than before. Most winners at the casinowill win and then grab a bite to carry out the door. Most of the losers grab a bite after gambling as well. It serves as comfortfood to them and an act of gratitude for playing even though you didn't win. In fact, gamblers consider comps for food to be anentitlement that is well deserved and will stop frequenting a casino if they don't feed you. It doesn't matter if it's not thebest food, but the fact that it's available. It's not nasty and it satisfies your taste buds. I only eat the fish meal because Icut all meat from my diet except seafood. The one thing I don't like is that they have a different brand of fish every truckorder. They had a really great brand around Oct that made me crave their fish and suddenly got a really dirty tasting productthat has the silver stuff on the downside that is an indicator of being the cheapest choice. The only way to mask the taste isto request your fish to be fried hard with this brand. It wasn't a good choice to decide this is the one you want to keepbecause of food cost. Today my husband and I visit Fuddruckers at the fitz casino for the first time. I asked one of the employees which burger should... I get and he told me to try the bourbon burger, so I did. I ordered the bourbon burger and my husband ordered the double burger.It was one of the best burger I ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful. The young man who suggested the bourbon burgercame to our table to check and see did I enjoy the burger and I told him it was the best. We will be back on our next trip. Read more
RIPOFF!!! A whole new staff is needed. The condiments looked old no pickles, burgers were bland, overcooked, we had more bread... than meat. I ordered the 6 Buffalo wings for 8.99 attached is what I got. My husband asked where is the other two and the guytold him thats all of it. It was literally PARTY WINGS and one was undercooked! I will never eat at this place again because ofthe disgusting food, rude staff,and false advertisement. Read more
The cashiers are God awful, I understand people have bad days here and there. However, it's NEVER been a time where I have... gone and had a pleasant experience. There's zero accountability apparently because they are too comfortable rolling their eyes,responding snappy and expressing how dissatisfied they are with how customers want their orders.."when we are the ones payingfor it" If I'm willing to pay for 3 slices of cheese then put it on my sandwich without all the smart comments to the otherworkers. They are just the worst. I visit all the casinos often. Unfortunately, late night they are of the few that remain openovernight. By Fitz being off to itself, I rarely feel like driving to another casino just to eat. I think it's time I justswitch casinos for good. Read more
