When I say this was the worst customer service i've experience in my lifetime. You'll are making easy for these positions to... become obsolete. First, i arrived at the menu to order. A loud voice instructed me to wait at the window. So not only am iwaiting for the order in front of me to be served. Im also waiting to still put my order in. The lady held my credit card for 4minutes, After waiting a total of 20 minutes I requested a refund as they were bring food to the window. I had to wait for themanager to approve the refund. At no point did the manager stick his head out the window to question why I was canceling order.Try to accommodate for inadequate service. Plain and simple I would not refer this place to anyone. Special are usually good. Really like the tenders and mashed taters. Wish corn nuggets were still around.
Big Herb gets chicken here on occasion. I went middle of the road with stars because sometimes the food/service is great and... then sometimes not. It's literally a 50/50 roll of the dice. Employees seem to be having a party inside every time I'm thru.Definitely needs some attention in management. Okra rocks and biscuits are fabulous! Love dat chicken!
