I love this place and visit several times a week. Taco Tuesdays or Street Taco day is one of my favorite days. I usually have... the chicken, but they also have Pulled Pork, Poorman Burnt Ends and Ribs on Saturdays. Once I'm there I usually go next doorand pick up some fresh local produce at The Happy Apple. We were staying in Bennett Spring State Park and ordered from The Pitt 417. Easily some of the best bbq, sauce and sides we've... ever had. My wife and I had the peach bbq chicken the owner gave us samples of the poor man's burnt ends. All of it was simplyfantastic! Great place and we'll be back! Read more
We stopped while camping at Bennett Springs SP. Ordered pulled pork sandwich and peach glazed chicken thigh & leg, which was the... most delicious piece of chicken ever. It comes with more peach sauce on the side, which was awesome! The pork was juicy,flavorful and no chunks of fat! And there was a lot of pork.
