Pickup order was incorrect. Was up charged for toppings I did not even receive. The wrap I ordered was drowning in sauce and... when I opened it there was only 3 tiny pieces of chicken and hardly any veggies. Did a pickup instead of going in becauseemployees are usually visibly distressed (often rude) and thought it would be courteous to give them some extra time to get theorder together... but was still disappointed. Safe to say I won?t be going back to this location. $13 for a soggy tortilla andnothing inside (other than a sparse amount of incorrect toppings) is certainly not worth it. Read more

We ordered the ultimate garlic bread meatball sandwich, where I had a coupon but, even though they scanned it and it showed on... the receipt, still did not charge the correct price. The sandwich was left in the oven too long and burned. The meatballs hadobviously been there since the dawn of time, so completely blackened and burnt and rock hard I could barely get a knife throughthem, and when I did it literally crumbled inside. That?s not a meatball. Half the sandwich was not even edible, the other halfdidn?t taste like anything special. You couldn?t tell there was garlic butter or extra cheese as advertised. Rudest employees I have ever talked to!!!!! I called, asked if they were honoring the commercial deal. The girl said no!! Very... fast and rude, then I tried to say "do you have any deals" but she slammed the phone down so fast, before I got one word out. Iwill never go to this subway again!!!! Read more
