Seattle's coffee is always the best in the world. Let's forget the city's famous street crimes for a while...
DO NOT SHOP HERE. I?ve found pieces of slime stuff in my ice and black pieces of something in the tap water. The workers are so... so understaffed, and mistreated by management. The kiosk has been regularly closing at 5 pm due to the lack of workers, andmanagement has refused to ban violent and/or egregious customers, resulting in a lack of safety for the employees. The 2 newestemployees they were able to hire quit within their first month due to the horrible environment. This results in long wait timesfor everyone involved. I do not recommend shopping at the Tumwater Fredmeyer Starbucks, and least of all being employed there. Read more
As usual at most Starbucks around the Country, my mobile order sat behind the counter for 10 minutes while I waited for the... employees to even look up or acknowledge my presence. Also was smaller size than my order. But it still tasted good. Read more

I've come here a handful of times now. Convenient instore location. But I've only had one nice experience there with an older... barista. Every other time has made me feel like it was a mistake to order in the first place. This time my barista didn't havea name tag the receipt said the cashier was MSD. I remembered her from a previous time when she charged me to make a drink decafbecause it's normally "cream based" So this time I added "cream base " to my order and she completely flipped. Her entireattitude changed because I mentioned I didn't want to be charged for decaf. Never ordering here again and by the reviews I'veskimmed through seems like I'm not the only one with an issue when it comes to bad service here. Read more
