I don?t usually do this. As a matter of fact, I?ve never done this; but this place really needs to hear it. I don?t know if the... staff has bad headphones, if the kiosks have bad microphones, if the official cookbooks there have different recipes or not, orwhatever, but I have NEVER once, not a single time, ordered food from this location and received exactly the order I placed. Iget special orders don?t upset at BK, but to have a 100% loss streak on order accuracy is astounding. I?m not some ?Karen?requesting freshly made fries; I?m talking receiving completely different versions of menu items you?ve ordered. When I ask formy kid?s happy meal burger to PLEASE not include onions, it?s not because she doesn?t like onions, it?s because she tends togive her burger to the dog and the dog shouldn?t have onions. Just go anywhere else. Food quality is always bad, fries often are burnt yet undercooked inside. Store owner doesn't care about... staff or quality yet they wonder why they're always understaffed. First I got cold fries, they replaced them, no big deal. Then I opened my burger, it was incorrect. I returned that and got a... replacement. I opened that, incorrect again. 3rd time they got it right. While waiting, several other people came up forcorrections to their orders. Long lines with long waits because they are remaking everyone's food it seems, not to mention allthe waste. If I were the owner/ manager, I'd have been very upset to see what was going on there.
