We used to love Zio's! We would go as a family once a week. Their food started going downhill a few years back. The portion... sizes got smaller, prices went up and food quality decreased. I tried it with my daughter again a few months back thinking Iwould give them another chance...nope, still sucks! My "3 star" rating is based off what I know they are capable of. My first time back, in a few years. I was pleasantly surprised with the lunch menu. Great value & soup or salad with your meal.... The bread was soft & tasty, and the olive oil herb mix was yummy! Also our waitress, a red head was very nice! Read more
Experience depends on which server you get, and what time, and day you go. Most meals are pretty quick since the menu is +70%... pasta and sauce, all pre cooked so they just need to be prepared and warmed up. Best tip of advice, for this place, find aserver you like that is quick, friendly and knowledgeable and stick with that server. Employee turnover rate seems high, so mostof the kids don't seem to know what's going on. Read more
This place has really gone downhill over the years... You can taste it in the food. I actually ended up not eating anything... since the Italian chef salad I ordered was completely frozen in the middle. BOTH times they brought me one.. not just cold, butactually frozen. Our service was not good either. My sister who used to love eating there said her spaghetti sauce tasted likeit came from a can and all 10 of us at the table agreed it definitely wasn't worth another trip back. My mom and sisters saladswere frozen as well. The manager should have come to the table but never did. We definitely won't be back. Very disappointing.If you're thinking about eating here and haven't been in a while... Don't waste your time. It's gross. Read more
