I just want to say that the manager at this location is amazing! I have been going here for 3 years now and ever since he has... been here every time I come to this location he has this amazing aura and has an upbeat spirit. I like the food with water Burger typically and I don't mind getting food here but this place seems to just be extremely slow on... everything that they do. If you go through the drive there you're gonna be there 30 minutes. Not to mention by the time you getyour food it's pretty much cold And dry. Read more
At whataburger, you can always depend on getting hot fresh food at a reasonable price that taste good. My experience has been if... there has ever been a problem, they will make it right. Other than the coffee tasting a little on the weak side, everything elsewas fine. Read more
Everyone at this location is always super nice! The store manager was out taking orders in the drive through in over 105° heat... and was doing it all with a smile. We went inside and the entire crew inside was helpful and kind, they are a gem in the fastfood world! Will definitely patronize this location again. Read more
The older lady who was manager was very unprofessional in handling the question I had. On the menu it clearly states in the... description with the pancakes you get your choice of meat, bacon or sausage.....well I tried to explain that to her and she gotvery rude with me and told me no you only get get meat if you buy the platter or meal.....but when you look at the menu it saysthe meal comes with hashbrown and a drink for $2 extra......well I didn't want hashbrowns or a drink.....but I did want somesausage with my pancakes....so she forced me to buy the meal for $2 extra and didn't charge me any extra for all that attitudeshe gave me over a sausage patty that says comes WITH mu meal....Boo!!! Very poor customer service from Lilley P. She was very rude and seemed not to like her job. On top of that the fries were old... cold and crunchy. We visit this location often and have never experienced a visit like this morning. To all the women that wereworking the shift including the manager do better or lose loyal customers. Read more
