The burgers are pretty good they always put way too much mustard on a sandwich if you don't say anything all I could taste was... mustard and onions. The fries were good but they were out of diet Dr Pepper on both machines and that's a huge disappointment. Read more
Placed an online order for curbside pickup. Time frame for the pickup was between 4:46-4:49. We arrived and checked it at 4:49... and sat there for 20 minutes for our food which we ended having to go inside and get and then have the manager tell us theydidn't have the order for another worker to say its right there. Friday night 8pm. Terribly slow service. Took about 7min just to get someone to bother to come to the register to take my... order. Then another 20 min waiting on them to actually make the food. Normally fast food restaurants only rate 3 stars with me because it is more like food assembly than cuisine. Even though... Whataburger uses the same technique, they use quality food which makes for a tastier meal. This particular restaurant alsoprides themselves on cleanliness and it shows. Staff was friendly and professional. My order was a little complicated but theygot it right the first time. Bravo! Read more
Patty melt was awesome as usual. The manager working the register I believe he is new never seen him before. But he needs to... learn better communication skills. When we said hello he just stared at us no response. To me that says it all about how youwould run your restaurant. Hopefully he gets better before that time comes. Read more
Wait time was 50 minutes!!!! ???? before I ordered there was a random guy telling us to leave and I couldn't hear the reason... because I did not wanted to roll my window down! So I had to call the establishment and ask if something was going on and ifthat was the reason it was taking so long. ???? they finally started taking orders and when it was my turn to order the guytaking my order was just trying to be funny and it was just cringe, unpleasant and unprofessional. After waiting for another 20mins for the food and it was time to pay, the same guy who took my order handed me my order and made me very uncomfortable withthe unprofessionalism and on top of that he told me they didn't have coke which was what I ordered and I had to pick a poweradeand he forgot my straw. Whataburger is literally where the best greasy burger is. I've been to Whataburger's in many states and to be honest, this... burger was the best I had ever had. The service was beyond my expectations and the price is comparable. I suggest ordering atriple Whataburger but a double hit the spot as well. Read more
Even though it took longer than what I expected it to take, to receive my dine in order, the burger was still hot and fresh, the... lobby was very clean and service was very good. Keep up the good work. The hot apple pies are good but not as good as what theyused to be, seems to be a little smaller, not as crispy and less apples inside of them. When they were 99 cents, I used to buyquite a few of them but now that the price has increased to $1.49, I buy very few of them. Read more
