Lobby was locked 11/10/22 @ 9:30pm. But the drive through is open. The drive through was quick. Food was good.
The food is good, as always, but service leaves something to be desired. Rarely do we visit this location and we get service... with a smile. Via drive-thru speaker, most employees sound like they'd rather be somewhere else. It's about the same when weapproach the window to pay. I get it. I've worked in retail, but an employee's attitude can affect the customer experience(not that these 20-somethings care about that these days). Read more
Drive through smelled like garbage and the food was not good neither was the lemonade. The only thing that was good were the... fries and the service was fine. Read more
Went in to lobby at 9:45pm.. food is fresh and hottttt. Best nuggets and fries I?ve had from fast food in a long time. Great job... night crew Read more
Food is usually pretty decent. Frosties are great. My recommendation is don't go an hour before closing cause they treat you... like it's your fault that they are working at Wendy's ???? Read more
Dead flies dust black staff rude. Tables look clean but dirty. Food was poor my only meal there was not prepared correctly.... Early morning and early lunch time is mostly the best time staff stands out side mostly in bunches. Counters not near or clean.Cookies yummy. Drinks good. Watch how staff ungloved hands touch your food. Poor the food from the past many months ago wasgood. Once my meal wasn't prepared correctly I wouldn't touch it. Give them a chance but watch all fastfood place the same onCleaning.. storage..counters.. staff neatness.. friendly..food handle....I don't want them to rush my food order. A part of myorder might fall and they might pick it up after it touches the unsanitary place. That's whats in my mind so please don't bemore concern about the sale then the food being safe to eat. The only thing I ordered was a Biggie Bag and a small Frosty. I asked for no onions on the Double-Stack burger. The restaurant... was slow and there were no cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. Not only did I get onions on the burger, but I did not receive myfountain drink. There was no receipt included, but I definitely paid for more than the Biggie Bag--around $9.00. I tried to callthe restaurant, but only got a voicemail stating that it was their peak business time and to call back later. I've been cominghere for years, but this was probably my last visit.
