Honestly for me one of the cleanest friendliest Wendy's I've been to. Today went an ordered my favorite meals the spicy chicken... meal. Fries were hot, sandwich was great. This is our normal Wendy's we visit during lunch, when we do go. This location is in need of some love. It hasnt been renovated... like the other locations around Tulsa. I was happy this visit however, we got our food without a long wait and it was correct.:) Read more
I've been wanting to try the $1 sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and WOW I was not disappointed! I also ordered the seasoned... potatoes and they were delicious. I went through drive through and African American lady was very polite and professional. Thiswill definitely be one of my "go to" breakfast places for a quick, hot and tasty breakfast! Read more
Usually I love to eat at Wendy's but today had a little bad management experience. I came inside and there 3 employees standing... around laughing and talking not caring about thier customers and then management was upset and asked me in a gruff hateful voicewhat do ya want and boy she was not in a good mood and in a caring one at that too. I think we need to step it up even if she ishaving a bad day. Food is good but need to have some ketchup ready for the fries! Hope the management will be better next timeI go! Read more
I normally don't rate fast food restaurants; however, I had to based off my experience last night. To the nice lady who took our... order and gave us our food... YOU ARE FABULOUS. Pulling up the drive thru line was out to the street. We decided to wait inline as it was already late and just coming from the airport with 3 young children who had barely eaten all day. Your positiveand amazing attitude is the example I wish could be set for all fast foods. I'm sure it was a long day for you. I'm sure we'reshort staffed. I'm sure you were tired. You never showed it.
