Didn’t expect much (considering location) but was pleasantly surprised. All of the food was hot and fresh. Wait time was much... shorter than expected considering the long line in drive-thru. Removing a star because there were too many items that they wereout of. I would expect stock to be a bit low considering it was 10PM on a Sunday but not low enough to make a party of 5 allchoose something else. Staff was polite and welcoming! Read more

I order 3 4 for 4 which the total came out to $13 and change I gave the girl $100 bc I didn’t have change she gave me my order... and came back gave me a stack of bills and said I took the 13 out of their I said okay thank you I handed it to my husband andtold him to count it make sure it was all there as I drove off he counted and said she only gave us $62 I made him count it 3times so I turned back around and went to the window immediately the girl had an attitude and I said you didn’t give us theright change back she stool her hand out and I gave it to her her and the manager talked for a min and came back to say theydidn’t know what happened they checked the safe and it was the right amount he gave her to give us he counted it three times Isaid well I wouldn’t lie in missing $24 I dont know if maybe it fell inside somewhere or something and she got very offendedand said I didn’t steal their money i said I never said you stole our money I said you didn’t give me the right change inwhich she started huffing and puffing the manager told her to calm down which tells me something was off bc I never once gotrude or said anything bad and she got very offensive and they never gave me my money back I just left bc I told myself maybethey needed it more than me but I will never go back horrible place !! A while back I placed an app order and went to go pick it up. I drove to the intercom and said my order pick up. And was told... there's only one worker and to come inside. I didn't have shoes on and let her know. She responded that it was okay and shedidn't mind that I wasn't wearing shoes. As a restaurant establishment I was baffled by the response. I drove home and got myshoes on and came inside the store where they had six employees just standing around talking. I waited for a good few minutes atthe counter even though I was seen by a couple employees and no one said a word before finally coming to attend to me. When Iwas approached I got the "are you the one with no shoes" and no apology for the improper request or the wait time. Today I wentat 1045 I know they transition from breakfast to lunch at 1030 but we needed an early lunch. I was told they were transitioningbut nothing else so I said no worries. We took some time to figure out what we wanted. And I asked if we could place our order. And we rudely and with attitude got " ma'am we are transition to lunch" Which I fully understood the first time and there's noreason for the attitude or not simply taking my order. As a business I believe during transitioning time your employees shouldstill be capable of taking orders. We ended up going to braums and we're able to order without a problem for lunch. Read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! we got to the intercom to order JUST a 10 pc chicken nugget and the person who was taking my order... had the worst attitude already. We tried placing an additional order to that and he said that he couldn’t because “they weretoo busy??? He then proceeded to yell at us after he told us to “go ahead and order for the 2nd” like ?? We went ahead andstarted driving off because they were extremely rude.. and they all came outside starting cussing and throwing the middle fingerat us. The person who owns this place seriously needs to do some evaluation on his/her staff because they are ALL hateful andrude. Not to mention, my brother in law went a couple months ago about 30 minutes before closing and they are gonna tell themthat they “couldn’t order no more cause they have 30 minutes left to close” Read more

This morning ordered a baconator sandwich told me eggs would be about 10 minutes 1 car infront of me it was a little over 5... minutes girl was not very nice. Told me to pull up behind other car. Whem my sandwich came out my bacon was black on the ends.Not coming back to this again. Read more

This place has good service in a reasonable amount of time, depending upon the time of day, amount of people there, etc..usually... the place is clean and all amenities are stocked as they should be. The staff are usually very friendly and they will go out oftheir way to make sure that your order is exactly as you requested it. I've only had a couple of less than pleasant trips tothis location and the people who made it unpleasant are no longer working for them, so I considered it problem solved as far asI am concerned. Great food served hot, fresh, and made as you ordered it not sitting in a bin on a steam table for God onlyknows how long in hopes that it will be eaten by someone at some time before closing time. I'd recommend this place if you'relooking for a great meal made to order while you're waiting, served hot, fresh and delicious as you requested each and everytime you visit. I love this Wendy's especially they truly seem to have some integrity in their lives and it shows by the mealsthe serve. And their staff if out of this universe with their customers satisfaction being priority #1, food quality is a close#1 also. I would highly recommend checking them out if you have some time.
