This location is nice and clean. However service was very poor. Waited 15 minutes for my food even though there were no other... customers in the restaurant. Then when my food was finally ready i asked for some ketchup i was given TWO packets for Two ValueMeals. I asked could i please have a little more ketchup i was given just two more packets of ketchup is all. Another employeefound this very amusing (openly laughing out loud) then i sat down to find out my food was extremely cold. I guess good help isreally hard to find. I wont be back to this location. I used the drive thru and the stafd were fast, friendly and wore masks.
The new remodel is beautiful, the inside of the building is really lovely and there is plenty of outdoor seating which is great... if you're trying to be cautious due to COVID. However, they seem to prioritize drive through more than dine-in. They didn't askour name or offer a receipt and the wait was extremely long. I'd say 3 or 4 drive through orders were fulfilled before we gotour food. Food was good but the overall experience needs work. Read more
Happy they just recently re opened after a total makeover including the redoing of a horrible parking lot. That need to get back... to focusing on customer service and having employees that actually listen attentively and can properly annunciate themselves....Very low level of service at a place that offers top of the line Fast food.... Disappointed. Read more
We were very excited to go back since they have been closed, now just disappointed. Didn't get the bacon or cheese on one of our... Bacon cheese burgers somehow instead we got ketchup and onions only. Gross. Read more
