Love The Local Bison! One of my favorite local restaurants. I love how I can get anything made vegan and my non-vegan friends... can still get what they want too. Everyone I?ve taken there has been impressed with their burgers. The tomato jam on the bisonburger is amazing. Highly recommend! Read more

Got the bison burger and artichoke head bites. The artichoke head bites by themselves didn?t really taste like anything besides... bread. But paired with the pineapple salad and sauce they were pretty good. Wish I tried the Brussels sprouts. The bison burgerwas good but the bun was cold. I?m sure that was intentional but I wish it was a warm toasted bun. For the price point, 32 $ formy app and burger I?m giving it a four star. Good but not amazing. I would have gotten something similar for sure for less butmy server was amazing and the fries were great. Read more

Went today for my birthday Linner. I just love that all burgers and sandwiches, well most things on the menu can be made vegan.... I usually just get the plant based burger, but today We tried more things. The jackfruit sandwich, mango quinoa, plantains, loads of waffle fries, and salad. Oh and I was treated to the mango dessert for my birthday. It was delicious, but I was toostuffed to eat it there. The Local Bison is a must if you have both carnivores and plant based eaters. Chef's kiss to thechef.?? Read more

Our waitress was wonderful. Very friendly, yet gave us space. The food was delicious. It can still be difficult to find... Gfree foods, yet they had several options. We both had Hamburgers, my husband had the curly fries and I had the Tabouli salad. The fries were yummy, but hands down, the Tabouli was amazing. It was refreshing. I could have (and probably should have)taken some back to our hotel room. Read more

Hit and miss. First time was so good. I craved the biscuits and gravy. After being unable to go to Sandos, I came back to local... bison. For$13 I got a plate of potatoes, egg and we can't even call this a biscuit. It's super greasy crunchy and not edible. Iguess I bought a carton of potatoes and a egg.I heard that this happens here but I need a little more consistency. I'll pass onreturning Read more

Love the Local Bison. Touristing this weekend and found these guys searching vegan/veg around me and ?? seeing all the options.... Also loved seeing a restaurant using local sources ???????? My carnivore loving hubby was psyched to try the bison burger and Ihad the roasted vegetable salad, we also had some blistered okra but were also torn with trying the charred cauliflower. Lotsto choose from. Check out the colors in these dishes. Loved it ????matched the equally fun decor and atmosphere. We alsoenjoyed a local brew and a G&T organic gin made with botanicals - yum, didn?t grab the name There?s a cool outdoor eating areathat is also pretty neat in the summer as well. We ate on Friday late in the afternoon and I was super glad the kitchen was evenopen ???? Read more

Great Food and love the local presence. Great flavors and fresh quality. Had the Hummus platter and you can taste that the... Hummus is made fresh in-house. Also shared a Bison Burger the Bacon Jam is Fantastic. If you like Gorgonzola, ask for a side fordipping but it is strong??which I loved. ALL the staff was so friendly. Very nice atmosphere. I always check the bathrooms at anew place and there was some fun character to the restroom. Could have used a little touch up in cleanliness but not bad. Wewere just traveling through but we?d come back if we visited again. Thanks to the Galvez family for a great experience. Read more
