Excellent customer service, well built sandwich. Only 3 stars because they only accept some coupons but not all.
Only have white and wheat bread available, they out of almost everything. Definitely not the same subway it used to be.
This place was chaotic. The 2 women behind the counter were complaining about a lady ordering too many sandwiches at lunch... time. They were bickering between each other. My order was wrong.....and expensive! Read more
The food is fresh and the employees are very friendly.
So, I am getting a salad and one oatmeal rasin cookie. As the lady removes the cookie from the display case, she drops it. She... leans over, picks it up, and looks at me as she slides it into the cookie envelope! She says, "do you want a different one?"YES! I DO! She PUTS IT BACK IN THE DISPLAY CASE! I tried to do an online purchase but when I submitted it I was told the location was closed. I decided to just go in and order.... When we went in we were told their system was done and they were only accepting cash. I explained how I had tired to orderonline and they said they weren't able to get online orders now. Fine I didn't have cash so we went to another subway. The nextday I saw I was charged for the online order. I have emailed subway multiple times to no answer. I have called this location andhave been told they can't help and that its a corporate issue. I really dont care whos issue it is but I did not get what Iordered and was even told that they weren't receiving online orders. The fact that no one will even talk to me about a refund isridiculous. This particular location (45th & Memorial) wasn't stocked with all of the products I needed and they wouldn't allow me to select... chicken on my breakfast sandwich where some other locations have allowed this before. Read more
Subway set up is slow but employees have made this subway a formidable place to have lunch and cookies are always great
