I do not know how this place stays open. They never have meatballs and every time you go in there there's nobody there except... one employee and they act like they could be anywhere but there. There was a man named Jared with blue streaks in his hair, it was 7pm on a Thursday night and they don't close till 9pm. He... cussed at us and called us disrespectful for coming in. Went in for 2 cookies, 15 minutes before closing in hopes of getting a few extra free cookies but they didn?t budge.. kinda... truthfully disappointed.. like what are you going to do with all those cookies at the end of the shift.. the 2 were good though Read more

No service. Literally. Zero service. I was the only person in the store. Someone in the back was doing something, called out to... me "be right with ya", then he ignored me. I could see him doing something... food prep? I waited a while then just left. Plentyof other food places will actually help their customers. Fail. Read more
Just went in for the 1st time in months. Had the best experience ever in there. The husband and wife that were working were... amazing. The atmosphere was great. KXOJ was playing and they were very customer oriented and welcoming. It was a greatexperience. Hope they stay around. They are good for business. Read more
We?ve visited this subway many times over the last year. Recently, every time we have went, we have been severely disappointed.... It doesn?t matter what time of day or day of the week, they?re short staffed. At least the last two times, they?ve only had oneemployee working. The employee working last night began making our online order, then had guests come in. I understand thatguests who are in person often require the attention over online orders. When we walked in at the pick up time listed on theapp, my sandwich was sitting in the open, had been toasted, and set to the side. We waited over ten extra minutes for our food,despite there only being two sandwiches made between the time we arrived and left, aside from ours. My husband stood and waitedfor our food and the whole time, the employee was mumbling under his breath about how he doesn?t want to make sandwiches,doesn?t want to work, etc. When we got home, less than a five minute drive from the store, my sandwich was ice cold and wasn?teven on the bread I had ordered. Every other banana pepper was a stem. I?m very disappointed in where this subway?s service hasgone over the last few months. We?ll be driving further for a better location from now on. Hopefully this location?s managementreads the reviews and understands that only having one person working during peak dinner hours may save money on payroll, butwill eventually lose you enough customers that it won?t matter how much you?ve saved on the back end.
