I never order anything more than a chai tea latte and maybe an item from the bakery. The past three times it has taken them more... than 10mins to get me my items. Today was the last straw. I waited 30 minutes for a chai tea latte (which once I complained ittook them less than a minute to make). The barista offered the idea that someone must have taken my drink before I got there butI feel that couldn?t be true because I was there before my bakery item was even ready. THIS starbucks though!!! This is my favorite spot the staff is always super friendly(and even seem to be able to smile at the... rudegrumpy folks) and my drink ALWAYS tastes spot on. Never super busy and on the off chance they are they are super fast here. Read more
I?ve had nothing but positive experiences every time I walk into this Starbucks. The morning shift baristas always make my... morning with their bright smiles and chipper attitudes. Even though this particular location lacks a drive through, they make upfor it in world class service. I never usually write reviews, but I was having a less than stellar morning. When I grabbed myonline order I turned my cup around and saw this written on it. It?s really made my morning and turned my day around. It?s thesmall things ???? Overpriced and overhyped. If you put enough condiments in the coffee it tastes OK. As far as coffee goes, no better or worse... than most convenience store coffees. Read more

I come to have a medium-sized cappuccino coffee as I usually do and when they give it to me I observe that I do not think... anything, I open it and tell the young woman and she replies that she is sorry that the xapucjino is a shot of coffee andanother milk shop that it must be beaten that it really is pure foam. I understand that the cappuccino has foam but not at thelevel they gave it to me were 2 fingers of coffee the rest was foam and you tell her and the young woman answers that she issorry that the coffee is so buy coffee lattes next time Read more
