The worst experience that I?ve ever had. I received the wrong drink in the drive through line & I didn?t realize that they had... given me the wrong order until I was already back at work. I returned after about 20 minutes & I went inside & had explained thesituation. I told the barista that I was very busy & I needed to get back to work. And they had no regard for the fact they madethe drink wrong, taking more time out of my day. And then, rather than just remaking my drink they moved me to the back of theline even though I had already waited after ordering and received the wrong drink completely. The manager said he couldn?t putmy drink first because then everyone else would get mad. Read more
