A little smaller than some of the other locations and the parking lot was a little difficult to get into - the entrance didn't... seem wide enough for 2-way traffic. There is also no drive-thru. The staff was very friendly and despite being slightly busy, Iwas able to order and get my drink in under 5 minutes, which is faster than I normally get through a drive-through. I woulddefinitely use the app to order ahead in the future though. Overall, I'd return here. Read more

Would write negative stars if I could for the service. My wife ordered a cup on the online pick app, used 400 stars. I get there... to pick up the coffees and cup and they tell me it?s not in stock. No biggie, there was a different cup same style differentcolor. I said can I just have that one said no had to be refunded on the ?card? you used even though I bought credits on thisapp. Now they take my phone the manager comes out and they play around with the register and my phone for 20 mins. Just to tellme system isn?t working right now on this. Frustrated I just want to leave I don?t care so much about the cup but the wastedamount of time I had to sit there while they figured this out. Just give me the other cup do the right customer service andfigure out the other stuff after the fact. Total waste of time and didn?t feel my time was valued. Time is the only thing youcan?t get back. So this store works great when there?s no issues but god forbid something goes wrong beware of the completechaos of not knowing what to do. Read more
