If I could give 0 stars I would. I absolutely hate this Starbucks. I?ve tried going there several different times and no matter... the time or day it?s always so slow. I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, still hadn?t been able to speak to someone,drover around to just pick up my drinks, and they still weren?t ready! It?s not worth your time or money to go to this location.You?re better off going to the one inside the Target right behind it because they?re faster than this one. I?d rather driveacross town than go to this location anymore. I?ll never go again. They?ve lost my service. Read more
I was there this morning buying a Starbucks cup or mug a lady with the name tag Juddith an employee came right behind me and... grab the drink cup I was getting she didn?t ask me she didn?t say excuse me or anything she was very rude and grab the cup thati was almost holding with my hand I turn around and said how rude and she walked away acting like I wasn?t there I think thatthey should let their customers buy what they are looking for. She could of at least say excuse me or something she was veryrude I can?t believe I know I can go to a different Starbucks and buy what I was looking for, but how and what she did wasrude??. The iced apple oatmilk macchiato is definitely a favorite of mine. As you can see from the photo, it is the taste of... deliciousness. The workers are always keeping busy and have always had my order prepared and ready for me when I arrive. Welldone! Read more
Had ONE coffee order. Simple AF. Ordered at 10:38am. Inside lobby. It's 10:58am, still waiting. This structure they use- does... NOT work. The drive thru can wait in the same manner I am waiting. Read more
Everyone in the morning is unapproachable and if you ask them for anything or about your order they will respond rudely. Id like... to say this is an isolated incident but I have watched this happen several mornings. I will be taking my business elsewherebecause I can?t afford to sit waiting for my coffee for over 10 minutes when I order ahead. Read more

Went this afternoon. Long line at the drive thru. They were out of their holiday snowman cookies, cake pops, etc. The girl at... the window literally handed me the hot drink..... and then the cardboard sleeve to put it on myself ???? Strange. Read more
