literally tried to order a simple drink & staff say they can't fill up a venti despite that's what was paid for, if there's... light ice. How does that make any sense? Light ice somehow equals less oz in a cup? Yeah, no. Don't recommend this location,when I finally said I guess just do a grande then, I was still charged for a venti despite the fact that obviously now it's justa grande. I brushed it off maybe staff need help with math, until i realized they didn't even put light ice in the grande, stillmostly an ice drink barely any coffee so the whole point of this ordeal was useless and staff just seem to not care, personserving was so overly cheerful that it was off-putting and made everything seem weird and deliberate. The one in target was closed by the time we checked out, I was so bummed because it smelled so good and I was tired and still... had a 1.5 hour drive home. this place had gone so downhill since i first started coming to this location a year ago. but honestly the most frustrating... thing is ordering online and getting to the store 10 minutes later to see 7 employees standing around doing nothing, my drinkisn?t ready and i cant even be greeted. when i came here before everyone was so friendly and always said hi and now to getignored by all 7 employees who aren?t even doing anything. this is ridiculous it shouldn?t take 30 minutes from the time iordered online for me to finally get my drink. management needs to take accountability bc this is unacceptable Read more
Came here for a quick cup of coffee. Amber and another, didn't catch her name, helped me out. Despite being slammed by... drive-thru and mobile orders, they both had great attitudes! Wish they had another teammate on to help them. I've also seen acouple reviews about the employees rationing sleeves. The sleeves are available upon request; supplies have been more difficultto restock these past few months - this is not their fault. These girls did great. They're working hard! Read more

Worst experience I've had in a Starbucks to date. This location was not busy inside or drive thru yet with 4 employees I could... not get anyone to take our order. They just kept talking and glancing our way but none would make a move to wait on us. Noteven a hello. So we waited a little longer but to no avail. So my husband and I turned around and left. They never said a wordand watched us as we walk out the door. I think corporate would be highly disappointed in this type of representation of theircompany. Read more
