The lady who took my order and attempted to bring out my food shows textbook horrible service. I ordered two small items and a... drink. Waited 15 mins before calling again and telling them I had to go. She said (with attitude) that she put it on the wrongstall/aisle and that they could bring it out now. Didn't even apologize for her mistake. I waited another couple mins and justleft. How is it that this sonic on 91st is worst than the one on admiral? I went somewhere else and got the service that is soeasy to achieve. Read more
At 20 minutes in the DRIVE THRU and STILL waiting. Absolutely not ok. No cars being told to pull forward. I wonder if theu have... to go round up some cows, slaughter then, prep the meat, ship it to the store, then cook it all while we wait. 40 minutes. Ittook 40 minutes. Valerie and I had lunch there. The food was delivered by a very cheerful young woman who went back and got us condiments... promptly and gave us an Oops card because we couldn't get a milkshake. She was so energetic and pleasant. The food was hot anddelicious. Read more

I have lived by this location for 6 years. I call this the slowest sonic in the midwest for a reason. I frequent many sonics all... across the great state of Oklahoma. Your certainly gonna wait 25 mins for a shake here. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald'sacross the street ???? Read more
I gave up on Sonic a long time ago because my food was always cold but my friend wanted to go yesterday, so we went to the 91st... and Memorial location. I was very surprised - my burger was super fresh and hot as was my friend's chicken. Service was fast andfriendly. You've won back a customer. Read more
We stopped in, after visiting a friend in the hospital. I got a foot long chilli cheese coney and onion rings. The hot dog was... tough, perhaps a bit old! I couldn't even eat the ends, because they were so hard! The screen wasn't working properly, whichmake trying to pay by card... Well, a bit difficult. The carhop was super nice tho! Read more
