Not as good as it used to be. A lot of the stalls have been out of order lately. I try to avoid the 111th and memorial location... now. You're better off going to the one on 121st and elm. Read more

Pulled into stall and pressed order button, no answer. Pulled to drive through and waited, no answer, went around again and got... an answer. 10 minutes of waiting for anyone to answer and I won?t be coming back. Read more

This Sonic is consistently the slowest service in our area. I often go past them to another Sonic for quicker service. ... Example, today I am the second car in line. I order a drink and begin a 20 minute wait behind a person with a large order. This happens often at this location. Why doesn?t Sonic management recognize the problem like other food services and use emptystalls to move the line faster. They previously brought out small orders to your car while in line but no longer do that. Iwill continue to use them sometimes out of convenience but avoid them when I can. Read more

The worst Sonic. We waited 30 minutes for two drinks because we?d already paid for them. They were telling everyone they were... already closed 20 minutes before the listed closing time. This location is like this all the time. We?re done, Sonic! Read more

Worst sonic experience I?ve ever encountered. After waiting for our order for 35 minutes, we pressed the red button to check on... the status. They said they?d have the food right out. 5 minutes later they brought us the wrong order. Another 5 minutes passedand we were late for a function so we decided to leave after asking for a refund. They said their system was unable to refund usbecause we gave them a tip. Edit to add: Just look at all the rest of these 1 star reviews due to slow service and people notgetting their food. Extremely slow service. Even when mobile ordering! We mobile ordered 15 minutes in advance and still waited 25 minutes at the... drive in and eventually ended up leaving because we didn?t have time to wait any longer. There?s a reason we mobile ordered. Getit together, sonic. Read more

I'm not too happy with this Sonic location. The employees are listless and non-engaged. They have all the windows covered up so... you can't see inside making it very uninviting. Is becoming common to have orders done incorrectly. My last visit I got fourBurgers all ordered the exact same way on one line item, but two had bacon the other two did not. Whoever owns this locationneeds to take a hard look at it because I love Sonic I just don't love this location. Read more
