I went to this location and the worker just completely ruined my day. She was rude while taking my order. And to top it off the... fries were old and soggy. Idk if managements changed or what but yall need to do better. 8months ago: They have such an awesomecrew! I felt cared for all the way through my order to when I got my meal. Shout out to Clarissa ! This is literally the worst sonic, EVER!! There?s a problem everytime, I dont understand how you still have business. The... workers are rude, they dont care about anyone but themselves. They dont listen, very annoying sonic. Read more

If I could give less than one star I would. It's ridiculous how they say one price at the speaker you get to the window and it's... a dollar more. Seems like they are trying to get tips out of people and charging them more to get them. I go here everyday butnot anymore, now that I caught on to what they were doing. Tacky and unprofessional! Won't be getting my business anymore I'llgo down the street and drive a little further to go to another one. There should be consequences for this. I wonder if themanager knows this is going on. It's happened three times now where the price changes at the window I was on lunch so I justpaid it because I didn't want to make it a big deal. Be careful and ask for a receipt. Read more

45 minutes to get cold food that we didn?t order. They showed on their board that it came 20 minutes before we saw it. No... apology. We were told 3 times it was coming right out. The experience didn?t deserve the 1 star that I had to give it. Tried tosend complaint to corporate and received message that system failed. No kidding. Read more

If I could I would give this store a 0 for customer service I would. The only reason I would give you a zero is because one of... the employees told me to hurry up and take the order because they was closing. I went here and waited 25 mins for the wrong food. When I asked for my order to be fixed I was told it would be right out. 20... mins later I asked again about my food and I was told ?it?s coming? by a rude employee. Then another 20 minutes goes by and Iasked about my food again and I was told nobody was even making it and they would get right on it. Then after about 10 minutes Ireceive food that is again not my order. I ordered a burger, popcorn chicken, and a grilled cheese kids meal and I literallyrecieved chili cheese tots and a burrito BOTH times. How is that even close to the same thing? Anyways I asked for a refund andI was told that I would receive it and after several days I called to ask why I haven?t received it yet and I was told it?s nowtoo late to give me a refund. Of course it?s too late why didn?t you give me one in the first place?? So I paid $17 for food Inever recieved. I won?t return to this location. Read more

I ordered two route 44 slushy on the app and ordered the free cheeseburger for ordering in the app. The worker Ladawna brought... my drinks, I told her I ordered the free cheeseburger. Ladawna said here is ur receipt I got to go, I asked her so u just goingto walk off, Ladawna then proceeded to turn her back on me and say, I told u to order it again then I will bring it to u, Igotta go! If you are in a rush do not stop here for food. 9/10 it will take about 10-15 minutes. The staff have always been sweet, but I... think they are just low on staff. Good food though. Read more
